We actively participate in mastermind groups, and trainings across a spectrum of important topics that range from technology to social media, security, legal issues, or regional topics. We work with buyers, sellers, investors, first-time buyers and developers. Our transactions include luxury homes, condos, land, and development projects. We have frequent conversations with great lender partners showcasing the most relevant programs. We work with designers and builders to pick colors, tile, lighting, doors, appliances, and landscaping. We work with top-shelf media professionals to provide still imagery, aerials, 3D tours, and videos for our listings. We host our own open houses and get real-time feedback about our listings and what today’s buyers are looking for. We invest in property ourselves. We are always looking for ways to improve.
